All digifon products ordered from our website come with a 6 months replacement warranty. If you have an issue with your item or received a defective unit, please contact us to get a replacement. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Our replacement warranty lasts 6 months. If 6 months have gone by since your purchase, we will not offer a replacement.

To return your product, you can email info@digifon.ng to get an address to mail your product to.

Return shipping costs will be paid by the customer in all cases, and WTG I.T Solutions will not be reimbursing or responsible for any shipping cost incurred by customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Digifon Warranty Exclusions:

1. Damages incurred during transportation and handling, including scratches, dents, chips, or any external harm to the product.

2. Damage or malfunction resulting from incorrect electrical current or voltage, fluctuations, or power surges.

3. Products lacking easily discernible or altered original serial numbers.

4. Damage or malfunction resulting from improper or faulty installation, product alteration, or modification.

5. Products used in commercial settings.

6. Usage scenarios beyond the intended purpose of the product.

7. Items lacking valid proof of purchase.

8. Issues unrelated to product quality.

9. Items surpassing their warranty duration.

10. Lost or pilfered products.

11. Repairs conducted by third-party entities
